卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫腔填塞纱条治疗剖宫产产后出血临床分析

The clinical analysis of carboprost tromethamine combined with uterine cavity gauze packing on the treatment of cesarean section of postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫腔填塞纱条治疗剖宫产产后出血的效果及应用价值。方法选择本院剖宫产产后出血产妇118例,按照随机原则分为观察组和对照组,每组各59例,对照组产妇采取常规止血治疗,观察组产妇在对照组基础上采取卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫腔填塞纱条治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组产妇手术时间、产后2小时出血量和产后24小时出血量均少于对照组,组间对比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组产妇止血时间、血红蛋白含量、住院时间均优于对照组,组间对比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组产妇术后不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论采用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合宫腔填塞纱条治疗剖宫产产后出血临床效果好,减少患者术后出血量,不增加不良反应,值得在临床大力推广应用。

Objective To discuss carboprost tromethamine combined with uterine cavity gauze packing used for cesarean section of postpartum hemorrhage treatment effect and application value. Method Chose our hospital cesarean section 118 cases of maternal postpartum hemorrhage, according to the randomized divided into observation group and control group, each group 59 cases, control group used routine hemostatic treatment, observation group on the basis of control group used carboprost tromethamine combined with uterine cavity gauze packing treatment, to observe the effect of two groups of treatment. Result Operating time, 2 and 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage were fewer than control group, which had signiifcant statistics difference （P〈0.05）. Observation group maternal bleeding time, hemoglobin content, length of hospital stay were superior to control group, comparing differences between two groups was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Two groups of postoperative adverse reactions was not statistically signiifcant difference by comparison （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Curative effect of carboprost tromethamine combined with uterine cavity gauze packing used for cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage is reliable, reduce the patients with postoperative bleeding, no increase in adverse reactions, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
