文章从原料选择、织物图案、色彩、组织结构、装造工艺等方面详细设计了纬二重真丝大提花家纺面料,经、纬纱采用蚕丝为原料,经纱采用6/20/22d×2、纬纱采用1/20/22d×6,花部组织设计甲纬纬花1,乙纬纬花1和乙纬纬花2,用纹织CAD进行了图案纹样设计、意匠设计、装造设计及纹理效果模拟展示。织物质地细腻光洁,手感丰满柔滑,富有弹性。适合制作高端沙发布家纺面料,也可以用作窗帘。

The paper introduced in details the designing process of weft backed real silk jacquard upholstery fabric from the selection of raw materials to fabric pattern color and texture down to loom-mounting process. By using jacquard weaving CAD, the pattern design, plan of weave, loom-mounting and weave effect were sinmlated. The resulted fabric has fine and smooth texture; ample and soft handle and good resilience, which is suitable for making high-end sofa.
