摘要
此无缝内衣面料的开发和研究分为两个部分,一是无缝编织技术上的研究和创新,二是多组份纤维面料的短工艺染色技术的研究和创新。编织技术上通过原料的合理搭配和隔针的编织方法来增加线圈的长度,从而达到超弹性能随意形变的目的;在染色技术上通过染料、助剂的筛选和应用,来防止同浴染色时阳离子染料与阴离子染料和助剂之间的沉淀反应,实现了腈纶、宾霸、锦纶、氨纶用阳离子染料、活性染料、弱酸性染料的短工艺染色,达到了节水、节能、减排、低碳环保的目的。
The development and research of the seamless underwear fabric herein focus on two points: one is the study and innovation of seamless knitting technology and the other is the study and innovation of shortprocess dyeing technology for multi-component fiber fabric. Knitting technology is accomplished by the rational selection of materials and drop-stitch knitting technique which is designed to increase the length of the loops, so as to achieve super-elastic and body-fit properties of the underwear. In the dyeing technology, to prevent the precipitation reaction between cationic dye and anionic dyes and auxiliaries in the same bath, dyes and auxiliaries were carefully selected and applied, so that acrylic fiber, Bemberg, polyamide fiber and polyurethane fiber can be dyed with cationic dyes, reactive dyes and weak acid dyes by using short-process dyeing technology, thus realizing the purpose of water-saving, energy-saving, discharge reduction and low- carbon environment protection.
