促进我国农业适度规模经营的若干思考

Some Thoughts on Promoting the Moderate Scale Management of Agriculture in China

农业适度规模经营是实现农业现代化的必然要求,有利于提高农业生产效率,增加农民收入,有效解决"谁来种田"的问题,确保农村社会稳定。通过认真分析研究国内先进典型,并以山东省J市为例,分析总结农业规模经营面临的困难与问题,并提出促进我国农业适度规模经营的对策建议。主要包括:建设规范的农村土地流转平台,扶持整理农业经营主体壮大等。

The moderate scale management of agriculture is the decisive factor for the development of modern agriculture, which is beneficial to improve the efficiency of agricultural production, increase farmers＂ incomes, effectively solve the problem of ＂who to farm＂ and to ensure the stability of rural society. Through the study of some typical cases in China and the systematic analysis of the problems which J city in Shandong province is facing in the process of improving the scale management of agriculture, the paper finally puts forward some countermeasures to promote the moderate scale management of agriculture.
