摘要
针对电力系统同步相量测量装置(phase measurement unit,PMU)短期内不能完全替代数据采集与监视控制系统(supervisory control and data acquisition,SCADA)测量每一个节点的信息,快速找到强迫功率振荡扰动源仍有一定困难的问题,提出了一种快速定位扰动源的方法。在对振荡稳态时能量转换过程与风电机组引起强迫功率振荡的机理进行分析的基础上,在易发生扰动节点安装测量装置,利用TLS-ESPRIT方法对得到的数据进行计算得到各个节点能量耗散情况从而实现扰动源的快速定位。并在接入风电的10机39节点系统和某省实际电网系统中进行了仿真计算。理论分析和仿真结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
The Phase Measement Unit (PMU) can not completely replace the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) measure dates of each node.There are still great difficulties to quickly find disturbance source location in practice.The method of locating the disturbance source was brought out.The mechanism of the forced power oscillation caused by the energy conversion process in the transients and wind power unit was analyzed.Thereby,the disturbance source was located according to the energy dissipation of node,which was got by installation measuring device and calculated use TLS-ESPRIT method.The digital simulations were carried out for 10 machine 39-bus system with wind power connected and an actual power grid.At last the theoretical analysis and simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
