摘要
分析圆锥滚子轴承冲压保持架的缺点,介绍了合金钢40CrNiMoA保持架材料的加工难点,改进保持架兜孔原拉削工艺为钻、铣加工,并进行了工艺对比。
The disadvantages of pressed cages for tapered roller bearings are analyzed,and the processing difficulties for cages made of alloy steel 40CrNiMoA are introduced.The original broaching process for cage pocket is changed to drilling and milling process,and the processes are compared.
