摘要
针对某汽车怠速排气噪声过大的问题建立了其排气消声器的有限元模型,计算了消声器内部的温度场,将温度场计算结果与声学计算相结合,计算了温度场存在情况下的消声器内部声场和传递损失,分析了传递损失计算结果,指出了怠速噪声过大的原因,对主消声器进行了优化分析,实验结果表明,新方案排气噪声在整个转速范围内都比原方案有了明显降低。
In order to eliminate exhaust noise level during idling , the finite element model of an automobile muffler was built;the temperature field under idle condition was calculated .Temperature field and sound mesh was coupled directly , the transmission loss of the muffler was calculated in presence of temperature field .The result shows transmission loss is small at low frequency range .The optimization of muffler was made for the exhaust noise problem under idle condition .The experiment shows that the exhaust noise was reduced effectively .
