基于CATIA与ADAMS的DSG建模与仿真

摘要 在解析双离合器式自动变速器(DSG)结构特点和工作原理的基础上,利用CATIA建立了干式双离合器自动变速器的实体模型,在ADAMS中对其虚拟样机分别进行了运动学和动力学仿真,研究其主要部件速度、受力情况并与理论计算值进行比较分析,验证了DSG参数化建模、虚拟装配及动力学模型的合理性,为DSG的进一步研究提供一些有用的依据。 Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and working principle of the DSG , an entity model of the dry Dual Shifting Gearbox was built through the software of CATIA .Then the ADAMS software was used to conduct kinematics and dynamics simulation for the virtual prototype .The data such as velocity and stress distribution of the main components were ob-tained and analyzed .The results were compared with the evaluation of theoretic analysis to verify the rationality of DSG parame -terized modeling , virtual assembly and the dynamic model .It provides some useful basis for the further study of the dual clutch automatic transmission.
