A Knowledge Transformation Model in Process of Software Development

摘要根据软件开发的基本流程,基于SECI模型,构建了软件开发过程中的知识转化模型,揭示了软件开发过程各阶段知识资源的转化形式和转化路径。在软件开发过程中,伴随着隐性知识与显性知识之间的转化,还发生了个人知识、团队知识和组织知识之间的转化。通过这些知识转变过程,企业在完成了新软件开发的同时,实现了知识资源的合理利用、创新和累积。 Based on the basic process of software development and the SECI model , a knowledge transformation model in software development process was established .The model reveals the knowledge transformation forms and paths in each stage of the software development process .That is, along with the tacit and explicit knowledge conversion , the personal knowledge , team knowledge and organizational knowledge transformed .By these knowledge transformation processes , the new software was devel-oped, and the use, innovation and accumulation of enterprise knowledge resources were achieved simultaneously .
