摘要
简要介绍了JS防水涂料的成膜机理,并详细讨论了填料种类、目数、水泥用量等因素对JS防水涂膜拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的影响。指出在本研究范围内,在选用丙烯酸乳液A的情况下,白水泥用量为35%,400目重质碳酸钙用量为35%,200目石英粉用量为30%,制得的JS防水涂膜的力学性能及耐水性能最优。
This article briefly introduces film forming mechanism of JS waterproofing coating, and discusses influences of type and mesh of filler, dosage of cement on tensile strength and elongation at break of JS waterproofing coating. It points out that in the context of the present study, the mechanical performances and water resistance of JS waterproofing coating are the best when choosing acrylic emulsion A, 35% of cement, 35% of 400 orders of heavy calcium carbonate and 200 orders of quartz powder.
