Countermeasures of Service Innovation for Small-and-medium-sized Logistics Enterprises in Xi'an

首先阐述了物流企业服务创新的内涵和特点,其次从组织结构、业务流程、管理制度、技术应用等方面对西安市中小物流企业的服务创新现状进行分析,并探讨影响企业服务创新的内外部因素,最后从宏观和微观角度提出解决对策,以塑造企业的长期竞争优势。

In this paper, we first introduced the connotation and characteristics of the service innovation of logistics enterprises, then analyzed the current status of service innovation of the small-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises in Xi＆#39;an, discussed its internal and external influence factors, and at the end, from both macroscopic and microscopic angles, proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
