摘要
梳理了当前我国企业物流运输的主要法律法规及其存在的主要问题,并从完善体系框架、扩大辐射面、建立专业性法规等方面,提出了构建现代市场机制下的企业物流运输法律体系的建议。
In this paper, we went through the major problems existing in the legal and regulatory systems concerning enterprise logistics transportation in China and then from several aspects, proposed the suggestions to improve the logistics transportation legal system for the Chinese logistics enterprises under the modern market economy system.
