摘要
从我国企业物流运输立法的现状入手,分析了企业物流运输中常见的逾期交付、误交付、货物的毁损灭失等法律问题,并从加强宣传、完善相关法律、建立统一的管理体制和监管模式等方面提出了应对措施。
In this paper, we analyzed the current legislative status and existing issues of enterprise logistics transportation in China and then proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
