我国省域物流行业SO_2排放量的测评与减排对策分析

Analysis of Measurement, Evaluation and Reduction Countermeasure of SO_2 Emissions of Provincial Logistics Industries in China

给出了省域物流行业SO2排放量测量模型,测算了不同能源的SO2排放系数;然后以物流作业直接能耗法来核算我国各省域2010年物流行业的SO2排放量,包括各省域的SO2排放量和单位货物周转SO2排放量,并进行了同种能源含硫和脱硫(低硫)SO2排放系数对比分析以及SO2总排放量对比分析。研究发现:物流行业使用含硫能源与脱硫(低硫)能源所排放的SO2量相差很大;我国省域之间物流活动产生的SO2排放量存在着地域不平衡性,SO2排放量中东部大部分省域要高于西部省域,而单位货物周转SO2排放量西部大部分省域要高于中东部省域。最后,根据物流行业的特点,分别从脱硫技术研发、运输结构调整、清洁能源使用和节能减排倡导等4个方面来阐述我国物流行业的SO2减排对策,以期促进我国绿色物流和低碳经济的发展。

In this paper, we presented the SO2 emissions measurement model of the provincial logistics industry in China to calculate the SO2 emissions coefficient of different energy resources, then using the logistics activity direct energy consumption method, verified the SO2 emissions volume of the different provincial logistics industry in China for the year 2010, reached some useful conclusions, and at the end, from 4 aspects, elaborated on the countermeasures for the reduction of the SO2 emissions of the logistics industry in China.
