Research of Multi-Level Information Framework for Low Voltage Electrical Apparatus Based on MBD

基于模型的定义(MBD)是新兴的产品数字化定义方法。目前主要在航空领域对其实施前景、技术路线、管理配套等进行广泛探讨、研究及实践探索。着重探讨MBD技术导入低压电器领域所需要构建的多层次信息模型的基本元素、基础架构及运行机理,以及利用SIMENS UG NX7.5和Teamcenter进行设计、试制、仿真等信息定义,以期解决研发设计与试制之间协同的初步实施思路。

Model based definition（ MBD） is a new method of digital model definition,which is mainly used for aerospace these years. Based on MBD,the architecture,principle and basic elements of the multi-level information framework for low voltage electrical apparatus were researched. And how to define the information model including CAD,CAE,CAM and so on with SIMENS UG NX7. 5 and Teamcenter and use it for cooperative work of design and manufacturing were discussed.
