摘要
根据接触失效机理分析,确定可测性好且可表征继电器失效过程的特性参数及其变化规律,从根本上揭示触点失效过程,为航天继电器寿命预测及产品质量改进提供依据。通过航天继电器触点等效动力学模型,确定失效表征参数;从电弧对触点侵蚀的角度,分析不同失效类型下,失效表征参数的变化规律。最后通过寿命试验结果验证该方法的可行性。
During the traditional life test,the observation information obtained from the two parameters is too limited to further reveal the degradation process and failure mechanisms of the products. A new contact failure diagnosis method for space relays based on characterization parameters was proposed. The characterization parameters were determined by the equivalent dynamics model of contact and the changing rules caused by different failure mechanisms were analyzed according to the arc erosive. The validity of the method was verified by the life test rusults.
