Study on Key Technologies for CNC Transformation of Double-roller Ordinary Horizontal Spinning Machine

以双旋轮普通卧式旋压机改造为数控万能旋压机为例,介绍了普通旋压机数控化改造中的几个关键问题及解决方案;在此基础上针对数控旋压机人机界面的二次开发进行了方法探讨。

Based on the example that double-roller ordinary horizontal spinning machine was transformed for CNC-universal spin-ning machine,it was introduced several key problems and the solution during the period of numerical-control transformation about ordi-nary spinning machine. On the basis,the way how to develop human-machine interface was discussed also.
