基于SINUMERIK 802S/C的高效车削方法研究

摘要 为了提高数控车削的加工效率,针对轮廓凹凸变化的零件及SINUMERIK 802S/C数控系统的特点,对传统仿形循环加工法进行了改进,设计了高效仿形粗切内凹轮廓循环LCYC96,结合毛坯切削循环LCYC95,对该类零件进行加工,以实例验证该算法正确,切削效率大大提高。 In view of the parts with concave-convex contour and the characteristics of SINUMERIK 802S/C,the traditional meth-od of copying cutting cycle was improved,so as to increase the machining efficiency of CNC turning. LCYC96 was designed,which was used to rough machining the concave contour with high efficiency copying method. The part was processed,combining with the cycle of cutting blank LCYC95. It is proved that the algorithm is correct and the cutting efficiency is greatly improved by taking a practical example.
