摘要
汽车动力转向器进行性能试验后其内部所残余的液压油按要求应进行清除,为此研制了专用排油装置。为更加有效地将残油排出,通过正交试验,对汽车动力转向器排油装置的主要参数即喷射器入口压力、排油过程中是否间断喷射和转向器出口摆放位置进行了优化设计,从而确定了最优方案,使其排油效果达到最佳。
After performance test of power steering gear,hydraulic oil in which should be cleared as required,so a special oil discharge device was developed for this purpose. To discharge residual oil more effectively,through orthogonal test,the main parameters of automotive power steering oil discharge device including the inlet pressure of injector,the oil discharge process intermittent injection or not and steering export position were optimized,to determine the optimal decision,making oil discharge effect optimal.
