摘要 现有的滑阀式电控比例阀难以做到大流量。针对这一问题,提出一种新型电比例流量阀的设计方案,突破了滑阀的结构,采用两个可以独立控制的电比例节流阀,利用压力传感器采集节流阀的进出口压力,通过控制器对电比例节流阀进行压力-流量的联合控制。根据新型电比例流量阀的体系结构,推导了变负载下压差恒定的流量控制算法,并通过仿真测试对PID控制参数进行整定,优化了系统方案和控制算法,提高了方案的实用价值。 The existing slide electrical proportional control valve is difficult to achieve large flow. To solve the problem,a design scheme for a new type of electronic proportional flow control valve was presented,which broke through the slide valve structure. Two electric proportional throttle valve independently controlled were used and the pressures of the throttle import and export were collected by pressure sensors. The pressure-flow joint control of the electric proportional throttle valve was realized by pressure controller. According to the structure of the new electronic proportional flow control valve,the constant pressure difference flow control algorithm under variable load was deduced. The PID control parameters were adjusted by simulation,the program and control algorithm were optimized and the practical value of the program is improved.
