摘要
介绍了PMAC2型运动控制卡PID控制原理,论述了控制系统调整PID参数的一般原则和方法。结合试验法对基于PMAC2的刀具刃磨中心PID参数整定过程进行了详细说明,通过对响应曲线的分析,进一步明确了影响系统性能的参数。试验结果表明,对PID参数的调整,可以有效提高控制系统的性能。
The PID control principles of PMAC2 card were discussed. The principles and methods of parameters adjustment of control system were introduced. Parameters adjustment of tool grinding center was explained in detail using binding assay. By analyzing response curves,parameters effect on system performance were further determined. The result shows that system performance is signifi-cantly increased through PID parameters adjustment.
