Discussion of the Discharge Way of Cooling Liquid in Vacuum System for Factories

对工厂的厂房真空使用及故障问题的事发点进行研究,并对现有真空系统中冷却液排放方式进行了分析,提出了相应的解决方案,有效保障数控设备使用真空的零件产品质量。对设备的寿命、能耗的节约以及维修成本的减少都具有重要的意义。

Aiming at the plant vacuum using and points of fault issues in factory, this paper researched and analyzed the discharge way of cooling liquid in existed vacuum system and pointed out corresponding solutions. It effectively ensured the quality of the vacuum components for NC equipment, which had significance for the using-life of equipment, saving of energy consumption and reduction of maintenance cost.
