摘要
通过对压缩机支承环磨损过快原因分析,确定原支承环比压过大为主因。采用将支承环加宽、减小活塞体重量等方法来降低支承环比压。经过支承环比压计算及强度计算校核,改造后的活塞体安全可靠,满足使用要求。新活塞投入使用后运行周期超过一年以上,改造取得了很好的效果。
Through analyzing the reason of the support ring of compressor excessive wear, the main reason is determined that the pressure ratio of original support ring is too large. Using the methods that widen the support ring and reduce the weight of the piston body to reduce the pressure, after calculated the pressure ratio of the support ring and checked the strength, the new piston body is safe and reliable, meeting the requirements.
