摘要
为降低单螺杆压缩机运行耗电量,减小比功率,提升能效水平,特别是能研制出160 kW以上大功率一级能效单螺杆压缩机,我们研究采用一种两级压缩方案,该方案是通过优化啮合副型线设计,提高精度,在二级压缩吸气口部位设计多组具有充分雾化冷却液的冷却喷嘴,实现快速降温,同时优化压比分配、排气口、喷油量等系统结构设计技术,从而减小电机功率消耗,降低机组输入比功率。通过对该方案研制出的几款通用单螺杆压缩机产品进行检测、工业应用,比同型号产品节电15%左右,该技术已成熟可深度应用于单螺杆压缩机产业,促进压缩机行业节能技术水平的提升。
In order to lower down the operating power consumption of single screw compressor, reduce specific power, improve energy efficiency level, especially to develop the single screw compressor with one stage energy efficiency and power over 160 kW, a pro gram with two stages compression is researched and adopted in this paper. In this program, the design of optimized meshed pair profile is used to improve precision, and multiple sets of cooling nozzles with fully atomized coolant are designed in the places of the two stages compression inlet to realize rapidly cooling and to optimize the structure design technique for the systems of pressure ratio distribution, discharge, oil injection quantity, etc., thus the power consumption of motor is reduced and the unit input specific power is lowered down. Compared to the same types of compressors, the developed several types of general single screw compressors researched by this program saved about 15% power based on the test and industries application. The technology has matured and can be deeply applied in the single screw compressor industry, to promote the improvement of energy-saving technologies level in compressor industry.
