泛素偶联2C基因在肿瘤研究中的进展 被引量:1

摘要 真核生物中,泛素蛋白酶体系(UPS)可精确调节细胞周期的过程。泛素激活酶(E1)、泛素偶联酶(E2)和泛素连接酶(E3)协同作用来完成UPS促进靶蛋白泛素化的功能。单一泛素化过程可调节细胞自噬现象、蛋白复合体的重组、DNA修复以及转录过程;靶蛋白的降解则需要多聚泛素化过程[1]。E1通过其半胱氨酸的活性位点的黏附作用激活泛素,继而借助硫酯链将泛素传送至E2的活性中心。
