摘要
硒(Selenium)是人和动物体内非常重要的一种必需的生物微量元素。综述了硒在动物体内抗氧化、参与生物活性物质的合成、增强免疫、提高繁殖性能和维持正常生长发育等方面的营养作用,并介绍了硒在畜禽生产中的应用。
Selenium is a very important trace mineral for humans and animals. Nutritional functions of selenium in animal for antioxidant, promqting immunity, increasing trait of breeding and maintaining normal growth and development are summarized. Application of selenium to production of livestock and poultry is introduced.
