摘要 针对复杂产品方案设计过程中维修性设计要求模糊且难以准确理解特点,提出了面向维修性设计的复杂产品设计方案评价方法。以设计方案工程特性作为比较数列、基准值作为参考数列,建立灰色系统,借助灰色关联分析,计算工程特性满足度。构建维修性指标特性向工程特性映射的反向质量屋,给出关联关系语言评价值,经模糊化处理,计算各设计方案维修性满足度。以模糊关联度为输入,维修性满足度为输出,训练模糊神经网络模型。集结专家组关联度评价值为测试数据,通过模糊神经网络学习,获得设计方案最终维修性满足度。以此作为设计方案排序的依据。最后以发动机产品设计方案的评价为例,验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性。 To deal with the problem that maintainability design requirements is fuzzy and diffwult to understand correctly during the complex product scheme design stage, a novel complex product design scheme evaluation approach is put forward for maintainability design It is regarded as a grey system with the engineering characteristics as reference sequence and the reference value as comparative sequence. The engineering characteristics satisfaction degree is determined via grey correlation degree analysis. The opposite direction house of quality is constructed through which map between the maintainability characteristics and engineering characteristics. Correlation linguistic evaluation value is given, by fuzzy processing and computing the design scheme initial maintainability satisfaction degree. Then, the fuzzy neural network model is trained, by means of viewing fuzzy correlation degree as input, maintainability satisfaction degree as output. The Aggregated group evaluation value is viewed as test data, and the last maintainability satisfaction degree is obtained, through the study of fuzzy neural network. The last maintainability satisfaction degree of each design scheme is calculated as reference of scheme ranking. Finally, a case study of engine design scheme evaluation is presented to illustrate effectiveness of the proposed method.
