摘要
功率分流式混合动力变速箱内的各齿轮啮合和电机产生的振动噪声是影响整车性能的重要指标,而箱体是变速器的主要噪声辐射件,对箱体进行模态分析有利于对箱体的进一步优化。运用Ansys对某混合动力变速器箱体进行模态分析,得到箱体的固有频率。通过模态试验验证有限元模型的正确性和可靠性。同时给出了理论计算出的前轮固定转速对应的各啮合齿轮的啮合频率,并对箱体在某些恒定车速下的振动情况进行试验,试验表明在一些常用的纯电动工况下,齿轮的啮合频率确实与箱体的固有频率避开,为箱体的前期开发和后期优化提供了依据。
The motor vibration and gear transmission are the main noise source of a hybrid car, and the box is the gearboxes main radiation component of noise. Modal analysis of the gearbox contributes to the improvement of the structure. The natural frequency and vibration mode of the gearbox were obtained by modal analysis with Ansys. The finite element model was validated by modal test. Then the vibration test for the gearbox was carried out under different operating conditions, given the theoretical calculation of different gear meshing frequency based on the different fixed speed of the front wheel. The test shows that in some commonly pure electric working conditions, the gear meshing frequency is different from the natural frequency, which makes foundation of the further study on vibration and noise.
