桶装水自动装载机构的设计与分析

摘要 为了解决桶装水搬运及安装困难、效率低等问题,运用概念设计(Conceptual Design)的思想将桶装水装载机构的功能结构分解为滑动转向式底座机构,剪叉式升降机构,夹紧机构和翻转机构等子功能机构,然后对机构的工作原理和驱动方法的构思和系统化设计,将各机构集成设计得到一种新型的桶装水自动装载机构,并利用Pro/E建立其三维模型,通过升降机构受力分析和强度校核详细论证了装载机构功能的可行性。该机构设计简单、便利和安全,减轻了桶装水装载过程的劳动强度,提高了装载的安全性。 In order to solve the barreled water handling and installation problems of complicated operation and low efftciency, the functional structure of barreled water loading mechanism was decomposed into sliding steering base mechanism, scissor lift mechanism, manipulator clamping mechanism and turnover mechanism based on the conceptual design ideas. And then the mechanisms were discussed in detail by conceiving operational principle and driving method. Finally, a new barreled water automatic loading mechanism was got by these mechanisms of integrated design. The loading mechanism of 3D model was built by Pro/E, and then through stress analysis and strength check to demonstrate the reasonability of machine design. The operation of design is simple, convenient and safe, reducing the loading process of the labor intensity and improves the safety of barreled water loading.
