摘要
通过对原油立式脱水沉降罐的工作原理及原油沉降脱水的工艺过程的研究,结合沉降段和水洗段的结构特点及参数,应用斯托克斯公式计算出不同温度下不同液滴的沉降速度以及不同温度下液滴在脱水沉降罐中脱水时间,确定不同温度下脱水沉降罐的容积,建燃料费用和投资为最优的数学模型,通过C++程序进行求解;幵用算例进行优化求解,确定了最佳的脱水温度。
Throughstudy onthe dehydration principleand processofcrude oilinvertical settling tanks, combined with the structure features and parameters of the settlement period and washing section, Stokes formulawas usedto calculate the settling velocity of different droplet and setting timeatdifferent temperature.Thenthe volume of settling tankatdifferent dehydration temperaturewasdetermined, the best mathematical model for fuel cost and investment was established,and themodelwassolvedby C++ program. The solutionwasoptimized by an exampleto determine the best dehydration temperature.
