摘要
利用核磁共振(NMR)波谱、元素分析、平均相对分子质量等方法研究两种渣油在加氢处理后组成和结构的变化。结果表明:原料渣油经加氢处理后,平均相对分子质量、芳碳摩尔分数、芳香碳分率、总环数以及芳香环数等结构参数均明显降低,而H/C比逐渐升高。表明经过加氢处理过程,原料渣油中一些较大的分子裂解加氢成为较小的分子组分,饱和程度增加,渣油质量得到显著改善。
The composition and structure changes of two kinds of residuesafter hytrotreatingby fixed reactor under different temperature were researched by NMR,elemental analysis and molecular weight determination,et al. The results show that the average molecular weight of the hytrotreated oils,mole fraction of aromatic carbon,fraction of aromatic carbon,total ring numbers and aromatic ring numbers decrease after the hytrotreating;Atom ratio of hydrogen to carbon graduallyincreases. Theresultshave suggested that heavy fractions can be cracked to lightfraction, degree of saturation can increase, and residue property can be obviously improved after hytrotreating.
