硝铵铂网装置改型的可行性分析研究

Feasibility Analysis on Modification of Platinum Gauze in Ammonium Nitrate Unit

阐述了四川天华股份有限公司硝铵装置铂网的使用及回收现状,幵从工艺、经济等方面对铂网改型的可行性进行了探讨和分析。铂网改型前、后的对比分析结果表明,相对于传统铂网,改型后的新型FTC网不仅满足现有生产工艺要求,操作简便、无需停车调整;且能显著提高氨氧化率、N2O生成量和系统利用率,延长运行周期,同时降低采购成本、吨硝铵铂耗及运营成本。为提高催化性能、实现硝铵生产优质低耗提供了新思路。

Use and recycling of platinumgauze ofammonium nitrate unitinSichuan Tianhua Corporationwere described, and the feasibility of modifyingplatinumgauzewasdiscussedand analyzedfromthe aspects oftechnology, economy andso on.Theplatinumgauzesbefore and afterthemodificationwerecompared andanalyzed.Theresults showthat, compared with the traditional platinumgauzes, new modified FTCgauzenot onlycanmeet the requirements of existing production process,and hassimple operation; but also can significantly enhance ammonia oxidation rate, N2O content and system utilization,andextend the operation cycle, and reduce the costs.
