摘要
通过宏观观察、金相分析、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析化学成分等一系列手段,对某厂区冷火炬液气化器在检修时发现管板产生的开裂渗漏问题进行分析研究。结果表明:管板的化学成分与标准不符;管程中的介质使管板表面产生氧化层以及温度差所产生的热应变循环作用是裂纹产生及扩展的主要原因。幵提出改进方案。
Theproblem of cracking and leakage about the tube-plate of torch cold liquid vaporizerwas studiedby the methods of macroscopic observation, metallurgical analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), EDX chemical composition and soon. Theresults showthat, chemicalcomposition of the tube-plate does not match the standard;oxide scaleon the surface oftube plateand cyclic thermal strain generated by the temperature difference are main reasons to causecracks. Atlast, improvements were put forward.
