肉种鸡支原体感染流行病学调查及双黄连防治效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了更好掌握鸡支原体病的感染率,我们使用平板凝集试验对肉种鸡饲养场进行了流行病学调查,结果表明,29家规模饲养场的肉种鸡鸡毒支原体阳性感染率平均值33.38%,滑液支原体阳性感染率平均值50.69%,最高感染批次达100%。同时通过平板凝集试验检测中药双黄连对鸡毒支原体阳性率的控制,探索双黄连对降低种鸡支原体病阳性率的影响。试验结果显示,对照组肉种鸡鸡毒支原体、滑液支原体的阳性率在8-11日龄为45%、50%,转群期间12-65日龄为50%、60%,66-70日龄为50%、65%,106-111日龄为60%、80%,再次转群后的112-142日龄为70%、80%;试验组肉种鸡鸡毒支原体、滑液支原体的阳性率8-11日龄为40%、45%,转群期间12-65日龄为30%、45%,66-70日龄为25%、40%,106~111日龄为10%、20%,再次转群后的112~142日龄为0%、15%。说明双黄连粉剂可以有效地降低肉种鸡鸡毒支原体和滑液支原体的阳性率,对治疗该病有良好的效果。 In order to better grasp the mycoplasma infection rate, we conduct epidemiological investigation in 29 broiler breeder farms by the plate agglutination test. The results showed that the average infection value of broiler breeder mycoplasma is 33.38%,the average infection value of mycoplasma synoviae is 50.9%, the highest infection batches is up to 100%.At the same time, testing SHL control on the positive rate of mycoplasma gallisepticum by the plate agglutination test, to explore the effect of SHL on reducing the positive rate of broiler breeder mycoplasma disease. The experimental results in- dicated that the positive rate of broiler breeder mycoplasma gallisepticum and myeoplasma synoviae are respectively 45% and 50% in 8~11 day age, respectively 50% and 60% in 12-65 day age during the rotation group, respectively 50% and 65% in 66~70 day age,respectively 60% and 80% in 106~ 111 day age , respectively 70% and 80% in 112-142 day age during again group,while the positive rate of the test group MG and MS, are respectively 40% and 45% in 8~11 day age, 30% and 45% in 12~65 day age during the rotation group, 25% and 40% in 66-70 day age,respectively 10% and 20% in 1.06-111 day age , 0% and 15% in 112-142 day age during againn group.so SHL can reerease the positive ratio of MG and MS,and Have a good effect on the treatment of the disease.
