黄芪和板蓝根多糖的抗菌抗病毒作用研究 被引量:21

摘要 将黄芪和板蓝根多糖开发成绿色抗菌抗病毒添加剂。先进行体外抗菌试验比较黄芪多糖、板蓝根多糖对大肠杆菌或沙门氏菌作用;然后通过鸡胚法和鸡群攻毒保护法测定黄芪多糖、板蓝根多糖对新城疫病毒的作用;再通过饲养试验研究黄芪多糖、板蓝根多糖对鸡生长性能和免疫系统的影响。板蓝根多糖的抑菌能力较弱,而黄芪多糖则没有抑菌能力;两种多糖(药物浓度1 mg/ml)与病毒直接混合后均有明显的抑制病毒增殖的作用;与基础对照组相比,黄芪多糖能显著促进鸡体内T细胞的转化(P<0.01),而板蓝根多糖对T细胞转化影响差异显著(P<0.05)。黄芪多糖使鸡的脾脏指数极显著升高(P<0.01)、法氏囊指数、鸡胸腺指数显著升高(P<0.05),对肥大细胞数影响差异不显著(P>0.05),而板蓝根多糖对脾脏指数无显著影响(P>0.05)、使法氏囊指数极显著降低(P<0.01)、极显著提高鸡胸腺指数和肥大细胞数目(P<0.01)。黄芪多糖、板蓝根多糖均使试验组鸡的日增重有一定的提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。黄芪和板蓝根多糖可以开发成一种抗病毒饲料添加剂和免疫保护制剂。 In order to explore the astragalus polysaccharide (APS) and radix isatidis polysaccharide (1RPS) as tile green antimicrobial and antivirus feed additive. First, we conduct the antimicrobial experiment in vitro to compare the effects of APS and IRPS to Escherichia coli and salmonella, then though the egg embryo method and chickens inject virus method evaluating the effects of APS and IRPS to the Newcastle disease vires; thirdly,though the feeding experiment research the influence of APS and IRPS to the growth and the immune systems of Roman egg cocks.. The antimicrobial effect of radix isatidis polysaccharide were very weak and the antimicrobial effect of astragaius polysaccharide were zero. We found that the two kinds of polysaccharides had obviously repression to newcastle disease virus though direct reaction method. Compared to the blank contrast groups, astragalus polysaccharide could significantly promote T-cell transformation (P〈0.01), and radix isatidis polysaccharide also had the significant promoting effect to T-cell transformation (P〈0.05). APS increased the spleen index (P〈0.01), the bursa of fabricius index and thymus index significantly (P〈0.05), the mastocyte numbers were not significant(P〉O.05), while RIPS had no effect on the spleen index(P〉0.05), and decreased the bursa of fabricius index significantly (P〈0.01), incresed thymus index and the mastocyte numbers in thymus significantly (P〈0.01). APS and 1RPS had both increased the average weigh gain of the Ireatment groups , but the diversity was not significant (P〉0.05). The astragalus and radix isatidis polysaccharide an antiviral additive and immunity polysaccharide couhl used as protect agent.
