摘要
为了有效控制热处理木材的颜色,对樟子松木材进行了不同温度和时间条件的热处理,采用CIE标准色度学系统表征木材颜色,并通过红外光谱分析热处理木材的官能团。结果表明,明度变化是造成樟子松木材颜色差异的最重要因素。随着热处理温度的升高和时间的延长,木材发色团的比重增大,对可见光的吸收增强,最终导致木材颜色变深,明度降低。建议在工业化生产中,通过热处理温度来控制木材颜色,通过热处理时间对木材颜色进行微调。
The authors conducted an experiment to evaluate the heat treating temperature and time effects on Pinus sylvestris wood to control its color.The CIE standard colorimetric system was used to characterize wood color and FT-IR was used to analyze functional groups of the heat-treated wood.The results showed that the color change of the heat-treated Pinus sylvestris wood was primarily attributed to brightness change.As the heat treating temperature and time increased,chromophore groups increased in the wood,which enhanced the wood absorption ability to visible lights,resulting in a darker color and a decreased brightness.The authors suggested that,for industrial operations,wood color could be controlled by adjusting treating temperature,while slight color change could be affected by adjusting treating time.
