车辆小重叠碰撞探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目前小偏置碰撞(25%重叠碰撞)在世界汽车安全领域正受到愈来愈多的关注。分析现有车身结构在碰撞形式、侵入量、加速度以及被动约束系统等方面存在的问题。以沃尔沃S60与奥迪A4在碰撞过程中4个阶段不同的表现为例,得出碰撞第2阶段是影响25%偏置碰撞结果的关键过程,该阶段中车身shotgun封闭环状结构对25%重叠碰撞起到重要作用。指出车身结构、底盘悬挂摆臂结构件在碰撞中的变形趋势以及气囊气帘布置等是未来车辆被动安全提升的方向。 At present,small overlap impact (25% overlap frontal crash)is widely concerned in international vehicle safety field.This paper introduces the existing problems of body structure in the aspects of crash mode,intrusion amount acceleration and passive restrain system.Taking Volvo S60 and Audi A4 as the examples to illustrate their behavior at 4 different crash stages,it concluded that the second crash stage is the key step in influencing 25% overlap crash,shotgun played an important role in 25% overlap crash at the second stage.The results show that the deformation tendency of body structure,suspension-type beam in the crash and airbag layout will be upgraded in the future vehicle passive safety.
