摘要 基于开发某车型二代产品,通过Cruise软件进行仿真计算,计算结果表明:匹配的发动机性能不能满足汽车使用需求。文章通过理论计算,得出了发动机扭矩、发动机转速、车速及汽车加速度之间的关系;同时通过Origin软件绘制了发动机万有特性曲线图,明确等速油耗分布范围。通过针对性的对发动机在某些转速范围内的扭矩及燃油消耗率进行优化,使其能够满足汽车性能要求。研究表明:搭载优化后的发动机,整车性能达到了设计目标要求。该方法为动力匹配工程师进行匹配设计及动力总成选型时提供了参考。 The development model which is based on the second generation product is conducted simulation calculation by Cruise software, the calculation results show that the engine which is matched can not meet the use requirement of the vehicle. On the basis of the theoretical calculation, the relation to engine torque, engine speed, vehicle speed and acceleration was described in this paper. At the same time, using Origin software to draw the engine universal characteristics curve showed the constant speed fuel consumption distribution. Optimizing the torque and fuel consumption ratio of the engine within certain engine speed range can meet the requirements of vehicle performance. The results show that the vehicle performance reached the design target as equipped with the optimized engine. This method will provide the foundation information when engine engineers carry out power matching and engine type selection.
