摘要
汽车饰件工程开发中四向定位与二向定位相对位置关系对装配精度有重要影响。从定位的一般设计原则入手,运用刚体模型从理论上分析了四向定位与二向定位中心连线与二向定位腰孔纵长方向形成的角度与匹配误差的关系,并在CATIA软件中结合门饰板拉手的定位开发实例给出作图分析。结果表明,其位置关系对汽车内外饰件装配匹配精度影响很大,需在工程开发中严格定义二者的理论位置关系。
Assembly tolerance brought by relative position of four-way locator and two-way locator during engineering development of automotive trim is discussed in this paper. The relationship between matching tolerance and included angle formed by the direction from the centre of four-way locator to the centre of two-way locator and the direction in lengthwise of the slotted hole is given through rigid body based on general design principle of the locator. The drawing is analyzed for the locator example in the development of pull handle of door trim by CATIA. The result shows that the relative position has great effects on assembly precision of trim parts and it's necessary to define the relative position strictly during engineering development.
