摘要
某三厢轿车行李箱盖出现了较严重的肩部拱起现象。通过故障再现验证得知,由于行李厢内部大件行李顶住铰链,大力关闭导致行李箱盖变形。经OPTISTRUCT软件分析,得知该工况下内板在铰链加强板区域应力达到175 MPa,超过该材料的屈服强度170 MPa。延伸铰链加强板,并在加强板和里板之间填充焊接结构胶后,应力得到有效释放并下降至157.3 MPa,不再出现变形情况。该方案通过实效性验证,有益于后续项目的开发。
The serious shoulder arching phenomenon for a sedan appeared in luggage-compartment lid. The conclusion obtained by shoulder arching reappearance validation showed that closing the luggage-compartment lid loudly will cause its deformation due to big scale baggage against the hinge in the luggage-compartment. Through OPTISTRUCT analysis, it was found that the stress in the reinforced plate reached to 175 MPa under the conditions mentioned above, exceed the material yield strength of 170 MPa. Lengthening the hinge reinforcing plate and filling welding structural adhesive between the reinforced plate and interior plate can effectively release stress and the stress was dropped to 157.3 MPa, no deformation appeared again. This proposal is benefit to the continued product development through effectiveness validation.
