摘要
研究和分析了利用Google Earth影像作为数据源更新数字正射影像图的可行性、更新条件和更新方法,并以虎石台地区为实验区,对更新方法进行验证。具体研究思路为:对照待更新的数字正射影像图与Google Earth最新影像,发现变化区域,采用局部纠正、局部镶嵌、局部更新的方法,将变化区域影像更新,并根据地面测量数据对更新结果进行了几何精度和影像质量的评定。实验结果表明,更新后的影像图能够满足相应的影像图更新的几何精度要求,影像质量方面也可以满足目视应用的要求。
This article discusses the feasibility, conditions and method for updating Digital Orthographic Map using Google Earth as image source, and test and verified this method using the test area. Change area was found firstly by comparing the Google Earth image with the old DOM, then partly rectified and updated, and finally checked its geometric accuracy and image quality. Results showed that the updating imagery can meet the requirements of geometric accuracy and image quality.
