摘要
本文阐述了开展以教学系为视角的人才质量评价的意义。基于系统工程的思想构建了评价系统,采用层次分析法和实践反馈法来确定各评价指标和观测点的权重,采用定量评价模式实现客观评价。利用该系统对辽宁省高等专科学校的9个教学系的评价结果与主观评价和系统设计的指导思想基本吻合,由此证明该系统具有实用和推广价值,同时为我国高等院校构建人才培养质量评价体系提供了一种新思路、新方法。
The purpose and significance of construction on education quality evaluation system based on teaching department is elaborated in the article. The evaluation system is built based on the thought of system engineering, which uses the analytic hierarchy process and practical feedback method to determine the weight of each evaluation index and the observation point, and uses the quantitative evaluation model to achieve the objective evaluation. Using this system to evaluate the nine departments of Liaoning Provincial College of Communications, the evaluation results are basically consistent with the subjective evaluation and system design guiding ideology, which can prove the system is practical and with promotion value, and provides a new thinking and new method to build the education quality evaluation system for colleges and universities in our country.
