Practice on Protection and Regeneration of Urban Building Heritage in Hongkong

香港在历史建筑和历史环境如何在大都市区中生存和发展方面开展了大量的探索和研究,以解决在地少人多的城市环境下创造宜居的人居环境,同时实现城市的可持续发展和历史文化传统的延续。梳理了香港城市建筑遗产保护的发展历程,并通过对四个不同类型案例的分析去探究香港城市建筑遗产保护与再生,以期为城市建筑遗产的保护提供启示。

In the exploration process on architectural heritage preservation, Hongkong has made a lot of efforts on how to keep the values and vitality of architectural heritage, especially for common historic buildings and historical environment in rapid urbanization. These practices try to solve the living problem in land-scarce Hongkong, and also to create a livable environment and continue the city and the historical and cultural traditions along with the sustainable development. This article analyzes four cases of the preservation and regeneration of Hongkong urban heritage in order to provide beneficial references for the protection of urban heritage.
