关于精神障碍罪犯管控模式的探讨

精神障碍罪犯是我国监狱押犯的一个特殊群体。对精神障碍罪犯的有效治疗和管控并维护其合法权益是监狱遇到的新课题。文章通过分析精神障碍罪犯服刑中存在的难题,提出将其纳入社会保障范畴和集中统一治疗和精细化管理的思路,妥善解决精神障碍罪犯服刑和治疗之间的矛盾,体现我国行刑制度的人性化进程。

By analyzing the problems existing in mental disorder criminals＇ serving, this paper puts forward the idea of categorize them into social security, centralized their treatment and fine management, and solve the contradiction between mental disorder criminals serving and treatment, which embodies the humanity of our country＇s execution system in the process properly.
