高校教学类实验室绩效评估探索——以江苏开放大学为例

Exploration of Performance Appraisal for the Teaching-oriented University Laboratories——Take Jiangsu Open University as an Example

以高校教学类实验室为研究对象,从资产管理、实验室综合管理、教学与管理和教学成果四个方面确定了17项绩效指标,构建了教学类实验室绩效评估指标体系。并介绍了利用综合指数法对考核结果进行评价的方法。

The paper structures the performance evaluation index system of teaching-oriented university laboratories according to the assets management, comprehensive management, experiment teaching, teaching achievement of the laboratories. The evaluation index system includes seventeen indicators which reflect the major aspects of the teaching-oriented laboratories objectively. The paper has also made some relative calculations with a comprehensive index method according to the evaluation index system.
