Change in Resource and New Thinks on Mission of Acquisition Librarian——Taking Nanjing Library as an Example

数字技术和网络的迅速发展,使图书馆文献信息资源在内容、载体、来源、用途等方面都发生了深刻的变化。作为馆藏资源建设主体的采访馆员,面对信息资源供给、需求和环境的变化,只有采访的策略应时而变,采访的能力与时俱进,才能担当起信息资源建设和满足读者需求的重要使命。

The rapid development of digital technology and networks have deeply changed the content, medium, origin, and use of library document information resource. Acquisition librarian, as the main constructing body of library collections, need to change acquisition strategy and improve acquisition ability to face the change in information resource supply, demand, and environment. Thus librarians would be able to fulfill the important mission of information resource collection and satisfy the demand of readers.
