Based on the description of SOLOMO characteristics, we briefly analyse the present situation of using SOLOMO in domestic and foreign libraries. From mining invisible network resources, location based service, mobile social network etc,we put forward the strategy of the development of library industry under the background of SOLOMO and think that SOLOMO can promote the library knowledge service to the broader and more energetic development space.
