摘要
选取美国排名前20的高校图书馆主馆,从利用社交网络、利用计算机技术、教学教参、学科馆员、进入教学课堂等方面调查其嵌入用户教学环境的概况。总结美国高校图书馆嵌入用户教学环境的经验及启示,以供国内高校图书馆参考。
Library users have got much wider sources for information in the Internet era. Academic libraries,in order to go out the building and to avoid their marginalization of service, need to promote embedded services, which are user - centered and provide professional and convenient information services. The paper chooses 20 top American academic libraries as sample, and investigates their status of embedded service in terms of using social network, utilizing information technology and tools, subject librarians services, collaborating with teachers in classes, etc. Its main purpose is to enlighten the development of embedded service in users.' teaching and learning environment of academic libraries in home.
