基于儿童领养问题的“是”与“应当”的解析

An Interpretation of“Being”and“Should be”Based on Children Adoption

"是"作为西方哲学本体论的研究范畴,对"是"的涵义有多层面的解读.而"是"与"应当"又是伦理学中的重要概念,二者之间并没有什么直接的或必然的联系.基于我国儿童领养问题就二者的关系进行分析说明.

＂Being＂,as the research category of western philosophy Ontology,its implication has multi-layered interpretation.However,there are no direct or necessary connection between＂being＂and＂should be＂which are important concepts in Ethics.This article has analyzed their relationship based on children adoption in China.
