1型糖尿病患者外周血调节性T细胞/Th17细胞失衡的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨CD4+CD25+CD127low/-T细胞及白介素17(IL-17)在1型糖尿病患者外周血中的表达及意义。方法采用三色直接荧光素标记法和多参数流式细胞术检测16例1型糖尿病患者及18例正常对照外周血CD4+CD25+CD127low/-T细胞的比例,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验方法检测血清IL-17水平。结果 1型糖尿病组外周血CD4+CD25+CD127low/-T细胞比率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05);1型糖尿病组血清IL-17水平均较正常对照组明显升高(<0.05);1型糖尿病患者外周血CD4+CD25+CD127low/-T细胞与血清IL-17明显负相关(=-0.619,=0.011)。结论 1型糖尿病存在调节性T细胞/Th17细胞失衡,这种失衡或许与1型糖尿病的发病有关。
